You also affirm that the things you purchased are for your own personal use.

The following are our terms and conditions for purchasing contact lenses:

1. You are aware that these colored contact lenses should not be worn by anyone who has or is currently experiencing:

Any infections of the eyes (such as conjunctivitis), any conditions of the cornea (such as keratitis), and any allergic eye conditions
Any eye condition that is persistent or severe (such as glaucoma), any eye inflammation (such as iritis or uveitis), corneal ulcers, or corneal dystrophies

2. You confirm that the use of any non-prescription colored contacts are solely for cosmetic use and will not be used to correct any eye defect or blurry vision.

3. You confirm that the purchase of any prescription-colored contacts exactly matches your own prescription. For US customers, you can validate this yourself during checkout. If US Customers wish to have their purchase confirmed by an optician, this can also be determined during the checkout process.

4. You confirm that a registered medical practitioner, a registered optometrist or a registered dispensing optician has given you comprehensive & clear advice and instruction on the fitting, wearing, and removal of these contact lenses.

5. You are aware of the need for regular, periodic check-ups with a registered medical practitioner, a registered optometrist or a registered dispensing optician to maintain good ocular health.

6. You understand that you should consult a registered medical practitioner, a registered optometrist or a registered dispensing optician prior to using these coloured contacts, or if you have any doubts about the suitability of these lenses.

7. You have also received clear instructions and guidance from us relating to the safe wearing, removal and care practices of your new coloured contact lenses

BEFORE OPENING CONTACT LENSES

When receiving contact lenses, you should inspect the packing to make sure the lenses are sealed and clear of impurities.

Before opening and handling the contact lens, you should inspect it to make sure there are no rips, tears, or other unanticipated defects.

Make sure the base curve and diameter of the contact lenses fit your prescription.

If you experience any of the aforementioned issues, you shouldn’t try to wear contact lenses. You can always get in touch with customer service if you have any questions.

 

CONTACT LENS PREPARATION

Every time you handle colored contact lenses, wash your hands.

Prior to insertion, lenses should always be soaked in contact lens solution for at least two hours.

Contact lenses that appear to be damaged shouldn’t be inserted.

Contact lenses shouldn’t be cleaned with saliva, water, or any other household items.

WEARING CONTACT LENSES

The suggested 8-hour wear period for contact lenses should not be exceeded. When sleeping or overnight, colored contact lenses should not be worn.
You shouldn’t wear colored contacts when bathing, showering, or swimming. You shouldn’t wear colored contacts while playing sports, participating in aquatic activities, or engaging in strenuous physical activity.
Under no circumstances should you exchange contact lenses with anyone.
Attempting to put more than one contact lens in each eye is not advised.
You are aware that colored contact lenses do not offer UV (ultraviolet) protection from the sun (unless specified).

STORING CONTACT LENSES

You should store longer duration contact lenses in solution, in a clean contact lens case.
You should regularly change your contact lens solution to ensure lenses remain bacteria-free.
You should ensure you clean your contact lens case regularly.
You should carefully inspect your contact lenses before wearing attempting to wear them again.
